Search Firm Guidelines
The following guidelines and procedures have been established to ensure a consistent and effective working relationship between JMBM and the legal search firms with whom we work. All search firms must have an executed written fee agreement with JMBM. If you represent a search firm and would like to work with JMBM in the future, contact our Recruiting Department at Recruiting@jmbm.com.
Associate Candidates
Search firms may only submit resumes for positions that are posted on JMBM's Career page. A current resume and law school transcript are required in order to consider an application. If you have a strong candidate whose experience does not match an existing opening, please contact the Recruiting Department at Recruiting@jmbm.com.
Partner and Of Counsel Candidates
JMBM works with select search firms on lateral partner and of counsel recruiting. If you have a candidate who you believe would be a good fit for our Firm, contact the Recruiting Department at Recruiting@jmbm.com.
