Staff:

Director of Information Technology (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced IT Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Firm's engineering and help desk teams; as well as, managing the IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships. Ideally, you will be comfortable with designing, implementing, and supporting the network infrastructure, applications, and all other related technologies (physical, virtual, and cloud) throughout the organization.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting and using public/private cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
  • Real-world experience working with TCP/IP, Firewalls, SD-WAN, routing protocols Linux, and visualization tech (kvm, lxc, etc).
  • A hands-on management approach.
  • 10+ years of IT support experience.

Position: Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $280k - $300k base

Director of Marketing and Business Development (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Director of Marketing & BD, you will be responsible for assisting the overall performance of the Marketing and BD professionals to enhance the Firm's image; as well as, interacting directly with attorneys and department heads to design strategies that will boost marketing efforts and further develop existing client relationships. Ideally, you will be comfortable with onboarding while demonstrating an understanding of data, trends, competitive intelligence, marketing campaign creation, budget management, content creation, audience engagement, and lead generation.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or similar master's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, analytic tools, and CRMs.
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in the field of marketing or business development required.
  • Experience working in a law firm or legal department is preferred.

Position: Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $200k - $225k base

Information Services Manager (Los Angeles)

The role

As an Information Services Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, supporting the Firm's attorneys by maintaining and strategically deploying the Firm’s information resources; as well as, managing the department budget and vendor relationships. Ideally, you will be comfortable with overseeing a team of talented Information Services Specialists. You will need to demonstrate experience creating knowledge banks, standardized templates, staying up to date on legal news, educating attorneys, and creating Information Services policies/guidelines.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of marketing library services, information services, or knowledge management required.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MLS or similar master's degree preferred.
  • Real world experience partnering with practice groups to initiate the creation of knowledge banks, and standardize templates and transactional document sets.
  • Experience networking with peer groups to augment your resources and provide insight into the latest developments in the legal industry's library, information services, and knowledge management fields.

Position: Exempt

Salary: $110k - $150k base

Junior Help Desk Analyst, 2nd Shift (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Help Desk Analyst, you will be providing remote support and visiting floor locations in order to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support IT applications and equipment. Ideally, you are mostly familiar with debugging and troubleshooting connectivity failures. You will need to demonstrate experience creating and updating tickets for incident lifecycle tracking, follow-up and root cause resolution, meeting SLA agreements, KPIs, and standard performance metrics.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), ITIL Foundations, MCP, A+ certification(s) preferred.
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy.
  • Capacity to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs. and is required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl in confined areas.
  • Available to work after-hours and overtime as needed.
  • Participate in the 24x7 weekend IT On-Call program, once out of every five weekends.

Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter. Hours are from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.

Salary: $82k - $86k base

Accounts Payable Specialist (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the overall performance and duties of the Finance department; as well as, working with clients, attorneys, and staff at all levels. Ideally, you will be comfortable with processing vendor invoices and daily check requests, while demonstrating an understanding of check runs, 1099s, closing out accounting files, and reviewing vendor statements.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Real-world experience working with Microsoft Suite and Aderant.
  • Attention to detail.

Records/Office Services Clerk (Los Angeles)

The role

As an experienced Records/Office Services Clerk, you will be responding to all daily requests for records and office services support. Ideally, you are mostly familiar with using internal RMS/DMS and off-site vendor portal for file searches and/or record updates. You will need to demonstrate experience setting up conference rooms for internal/external meetings, restocking supplies, and assisting with daily office services (i.e. copy, print, fax, and scan).

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' of relevant experience working in a law firm.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Experience with Digital Records Management and Document Management Systems.

Trusts & Estates Paralegal (Orange County)

The role

As an experienced Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting estate documents and handling all aspects of trust administration at the direction of the Tax Attorneys; as well as, interacting directly with clients to keep them informed. Ideally, you will also be comfortable communicating with staff and third-party vendors.

The Individual

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ABA approved paralegal certificate.
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents, post-mortem trust administration, preparing or reviewing estate tax returns & gift tax returns, and drafting real estate deeds and among other tittle documents.
  • Real-world experience working with Microsoft Suite, Hot Docs, Aderant, iManage, and Adobe.
  • 7-10 years of Paralegal experience within Trusts and Estates.

Position: Non-Exempt
