Vanessa Han

Vanessa Han is an associate in JMBM’s Los Angeles office, where she is a valued member of the Corporate Department. Her work primarily revolves around domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, and debt financings. Additionally, Vanessa advises clients hailing from diverse industries, offering her expertise in navigating a broad range of general corporate matters.

She graduated from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she earned distinctions in Business Law and Transnational Law & Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a specialized focus on international relations.
