Ryan D. Schiedermayer is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Group.
Ryan represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation in federal and state court. His experience includes complex and general business disputes, trust and estates litigation, class action defense, entertainment litigation, copyright, trademark, unfair business practices, and fraud. Ryan has been on several trial teams and was second-chair in a complete defense verdict for a pro bono client in a breach of contract case.
Prior to entering private practice, Ryan worked as a fellow for the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. His policy and legislative focus concerned civil class actions, financial elder abuse, trademark and copyright actions, and the Puerto Rican debt crisis.
