Paul M. LaMartina is an associate in the Firm's Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department. Paul focuses his practice on estate planning as well as trust and estate administration and has a strong background working with nontraditional families and high net worth individuals. He regularly incorporates advanced estate planning techniques and vehicles which can both minimize taxes and help clients achieve their individual wealth transfer objectives, including grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, charitable trusts, dynasty trusts, and other legal entities.
Paul is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.
