Liza Kirillova is an associate in the Firm's Corporate department. She helps handle transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate and private equity financings. Toward that end, Elizabeth attends to several aspects of ongoing deals, from inception to close. More particularly, she conducts due diligence, supports the negotiation of operative and ancillary transaction documents, prepares consents and drafts a range of agreements.

A graduate of USC Gould School of Law, Elizabeth was awarded a Gould Merit Scholarship for her academic, professional and personal achievement. While a law student, she was also a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder, Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
