Irina Rospotnyuk's practice is concentrated in estate planning and taxation matters. She has experience assisting clients with all aspects of estate and tax planning, including advising clients on various charitable giving devices and business succession. Irina takes a holistic planning approach by working with clients’ accountants, financial planners, and other service providers to ensure clients’ goals are efficiently satisfied. Irina further guides clients through the probate and trust and administration process. 

Irina also assists clients with various tax matters and issues in the areas of estate and gift tax, property tax, sales and use tax, income tax, and residency and domicile for state and federal tax purposes. In addition, she assists with representing clients in federal, state and local tax controversy matters.
