Erica Lubell

Erica Lubell joined JMBM in August 2023 as the Director of Human Resources, managing the firm’s HR efforts. She is responsible for overseeing benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement and managing policies and procedures.

Prior to joining JMBM, Erica led the HR department for a commercial real estate investment firm in Los Angeles, as well as an e-mobility startup in New York. She also served as a Lateral Partner Recruiter for an Am Law 100 firm in New York. Erica has an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Connecticut, as well as a minor in International Studies. She relocated to Los Angeles in May 2020 from New York City.
