Erica Lubell

Erica Lubell is the Chief Human Resources Officer at JMBM, where she manages the HR efforts across all 3 offices. She is responsible for overseeing benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement and managing policies and procedures.

Prior to joining JMBM, Erica led the HR department for a commercial real estate investment firm in Los Angeles, as well as an e-mobility startup in New York. She also served as a Lateral Partner Recruiter for an Am Law 100 firm in New York. Erica has an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Connecticut, as well as a minor in International Studies. She relocated to Los Angeles in May 2020 from New York City.
