Bill Pay Policy

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP accepts payments against your outstanding balance using a secure transaction server operated by Heartland Payment Systems. Payments made by credit card will be charged a non-refundable 3% surcharge. No fee will be applied to payments made by ACH. In order to process your payment, please include your Client Number and Invoice Number on the payment page. You typically find your Client Number on correspondence sent to you by JMBM. If you have any questions about your outstanding balance, please contact our Accounts Receivable Department at 310.785.5355 or Finc-Collections-LA@jmbm.com.

Refund Policy. If you make a payment that exceeds your outstanding balance on record, JMBM will apply the overpayment as a credit to your account. You may request a refund of the overpayment by sending a written request to Finc-Collections-LA@jmbm.com or to the address below.
