Bill Pay Policy

Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP accepts payments against your outstanding balance using a secure transaction server operated by Heartland Payment Systems. In order to process your payment, please include your Client Number and Invoice Number on the payment page. You typically find your Client Number on correspondence sent to you by JMBM. If you have any questions about your outstanding balance, please contact our Accounts Receivable Department at 310.785.5355 or Finc-Collections-LA@jmbm.com.

Refund Policy. If you make a payment that exceeds your outstanding balance on record, JMBM will apply the overpayment as a credit to your account. You may request a refund of the overpayment by sending a written request to the address below.

Note: On your written notice of overpayment, please remember to include your name, address and phone contact information, as well as the Client Number for the account on which the overpayment was made. JMBM does not provide any refunds of online payments except in cases where the online payment exceeds the outstanding balance of your account. All refunds will be paid by check.
