Sarah Mills is an associate with the Firm’s Taxation, Trusts & Estates Department. Sarah has experience working in financial services and international tax planning for business transactions, in areas such as intellectual property planning, cross-border mergers and corporate reorganizations.
She received her LL.M. in taxation from NYU School of Law and her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law. She received her B.A. in political science and international relations from UC Santa Barbara.
Sarah is admitted to practice in both California and New York. She is a native of the Los Angeles area and enjoys abstract painting.
